Crossfit has taught me so many incredible lessons.. and one of them is to never judge anyone by their size. Never underestimate someone because they're smaller than you are.. and never be intimidated by someone just because they may be bigger than you are. At the end of the day.. you can only ever be happy with your efforts in life or in the gym.. if you've given it your all... and thats exactly why watching Kim get stuff done in the gym is incredibly inspiring. And I'm not just giving her credit because she's a cute lil pixie chick.. I'm giving her credit because she's a badass.
